Cottage

This cottage is an old barn of about 200sqm, finely renovated in 2012 and transformed into a precious and luxurious residence that is spread over 2 floors, for about 200sqm, with truly unique finishes.

The lower floor consists mainly of two large rooms (and a small laundry room). The first is a former stable whose view is breathtaking. The barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones is the frame of a large room (60 sqm) where you can have a meal, watch television sitting on a comfortable sofa or on comfortable seats that can become two beds if necessary (they are in fact two single beds).  Next to the living room, there is the kitchen. Awarded several times for the truly unique combination of historical-ancient context and ultra-modern furniture, the kitchen has 2 of the 4 glass walls with a height of 7 meters, and is furnished with professional appliances.

The hob (5 burners), the oven and the fridge are in fact branded WOLF and allow cooking lovers to delight in preparing their favorite recipes or those typical of the Italian tradition. The beauty and modernity of the kitchen offers those who prefer to relax rather than cook the opportunity to enjoy the expertise of a home chef with whom to agree on the desired menu (on request / additional cost). On the upper floor, on the other hand, you will find a large room with exposed beamed ceiling, stone walls and antique wood floor, divided only in part by a wall and a double-sided fireplace that makes the environment decidedly scenic and romantic.

The double-sided fireplace separates the master bedroom from the living area. The upper floor ends with a mezzanine consisting of a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub and a library. The cottage also offers Wifi access, washing machine, dishwasher, television, independent underfloor heating and cooling, independent outdoor garden and convenient free parking. If you want to spend a relaxing day, upon request to the host to check availability and with a supplementary charge, you can take pleasure in the private wellness area consisting of an indoor pool, sauna and chilling room (on request / additional cost).
